Forging
Forge shop is equipped with forging presses and hot rolling facilities in multiple lines. Installed capacity is 100 MT forgings per month of various ranges from 40 mm O.D. to 160 mm O.D. weight 0.200 Kgs. to 2.5 Kgs. from various grades of Bearing Steel, Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel. Forge shop is supported by well equipped inhouse die shop(tool room) and data storing system.
Annealing
In-house facility for Annealing in electrically heated bell type, Pit type Furnace in order to achieve customers me-chanical properties and grain structure.Turning
We manufacturer high precision Turned Components using CNC Turning centers. We specialize in manufacture of turning components in Bearing & Auto Industries.
Our CNC shop is designed and installed by integrating latest concept of flow manufacturing (Cellular manufacturing) that ensures:
